- · The registration period commences on September 2, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2022, both dates inclusive(“Promotion Period”).
- · Cardmembers must successfully register an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period, then spend a cumulative net amount of every HK$2,000 (“Spending Requirement”) online at HANNAH in Hong Kong (“Participating Merchants”) with the Registered Card during Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”) to receive HK$240 back in statement credit (“Registered Card Offer”).
- · The Registered Card Offer is open to individuals who hold basic and/or supplementary American Express® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank(Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Cards”), excluding American Express® Corporate Cards.
- · During the Promotion Period, the Registered Card Offer is limited to 5-time credits, [up to a total of HK$1,200 statement credit] per Registered Card.
- · Participation is limited to the first 8,000 Eligible Cards that are successfully registered.
- · Excludes transactions where Cardmembers do not spend on their Registered Card directly online at eshop.hannah.hk
- · Offer valid at Hong Kong website only. Excludes transactions made in-person.
- · Supplementary Cards must be registered separately and spend cannot be combined amongst Cards to meet the Spending Requirement.
- · Excludes transactions made through a third-party establishment or third-party payment processor.
- · Un-posted/cancelled/refunded transactions and transactions that are found to be fraudulent or are eventually cancelled/refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions.
- · Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
- · Credit should appear on Cardmember’s billing statement within 5 business days from Eligible Transaction but may take up to90 days from the end of Promotion Period.
- · Credit may not be applied to the Cardmember’s Account if the account has been suspended or cancelled and may be reversed if Eligible Transaction is returned or cancelled.
- · Participating Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Registered Card Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
- · In case of any enquiry related to this promotion, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card or our customer service hotline at 2277 1010.
- · In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Participating Merchants shall be final.
- · In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

- · 會員須於推廣期內成功登記合資格美國運通卡,並在推廣期內憑已登記卡於香港HANNAH網站(「參與商户」)累積簽賬淨
- · 額每滿HK$2,000(「簽賬要求」)(「合資格交易」),每次可獲HK$240簽賬回贈(「登記卡優惠」)。
- · 此優惠適用於美國運通國際股份有限公司(「美國運通」)及星展銀行(香港)有限公司在香港簽發的美國運通主卡及/或附
- · 屬卡(「合資格美國運通卡」)。美國運通公司卡不適用於此登記卡優惠。
- · 在推廣期內,每張已登記之美國運通卡只可享有最多五次登記卡優惠,即總共HK$1,200簽賬回贈。
- · 此優惠只適用於首8,000張成功登記此優惠之合資格美國運通卡。
- · 簽賬如非會員憑已登記之美國運通卡於香港eshop.hannah.hk網站簽賬,將不被視為合資格交易,親身的簽賬將不被視為合資格交易。
- · 附屬卡會員須作獨立登記,其簽賬不可合併計算於所需簽賬要求。
- · 透過第三方機構或第三方支付服務公司進行的交易均不適用於登記卡優惠。
- · 未過賬/取消/退款的交易或發現任何欺詐或最終取消/退款的交易將不被視為合資格交易。
- · 簽賬回贈不可兌換現金或其他支付方式。
- · 簽賬回贈將於合資格交易完成後的5個工作天內或於推廣期結束後90天內存入會員已登記卡賬戶內。
- · 如會員的賬戶已暫停或取消,簽賬回贈可能不會被加入到會員的賬戶,如合資格交易已退款或取消,已加入會員賬戶的簽賬回贈可能會被撤回。
- · 此登記卡優惠之所有產品、服務、諮詢、建議及優惠均由參與商戶根據此條款及細則負責提供予會員。美國運通並非此登記卡優惠所提供的該等產品及/或服務之供應者,亦不對其作出任何表述或保證。

- · 如對此登記卡優惠有任何爭議,美國運通及參與商戶保留最終決定權。
- · 本條款及細則之英、中文版本如有任何差別,一概以英文版本為準。
